What is it?

A box containing a singular U shaped bar and fixings to form a riser bar for the Komoda modular staircase.

What does it do?

Riser bars are horizontal bars that fit between the treads to reduce the open gap to less than 100mm, for the safety of young children.

How does it fit?

The short ends of the U shaped bar is screwed on to the underside of the tread at either side. Riser bars can be fitted to the stair after it has been fully installed although it is easier to do during the main assembly.
