Which cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa debit and credit cards, as well as Delta, Solo and Maestro debit cards.
How is my information secured when using the Staircase Warehouse website?
Staircase Warehouse uses the very latest security systems, including data encryption and SSL (Single Socket Layer), to ensure that user information is completely safe. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy and Safe Shopping pages.
Will my order include a sales receipt?
Yes, a sales receipt is sent by email and or posted if requested.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, a VAT invoice is sent by email and post.

I can’t see the size or type of staircase I require do Staircase Warehouse offer other sizes and stairs?
If you have a particular request or requirement that is not on staircasewarehouse.com please use the contact form to let us know, we have access to many suppliers and may be able to help.

Where can I get technical help with a product?
Each staircase that we sell comes with detail technical information on the individual product pages. We also have a separate Technical Downloads Section where you can download a variety of technical information relating to each stair. Where can I get help and advice on planning and choosing my stair
Visit our Knowledge centre section (at the bottom of the page), which has been designed to help you choose the right product for you, resolve common queries and guide through the stairs available.
Pricing
Do Staircase Warehouses’ prices include VAT?
Yes, all our prices include VAT at the standard rate.
Do you offer a discount to trade?
Staircase Warehouse does not offer discounts to trade. All our stairs are set at the lowest possible prices already. Any bulk orders will be looked individually.
Delivery
Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?
Telephone and online orders may be able to be delivered to alternative addresses, upon passing the relevant security checks.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
You will be contacted either by Staircase Warehouse or by the designated courier prior to delivery.
Will the couriers carry the goods inside my property?
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery personnel are unable to enter private residences. The recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made.
Returns
Can I return a product once I have had it delivered?
If the product is from a standard kit range from Ehleva or Arke and not a made to order product and you have followed our terms and condition the product may be return please see our Returns page
