Staircase Warehouse Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights
Standard Stair Kits and Loft Ladders
- If your order is for ready made products (such as the Arkè and Ehleva kit staircases) then you have a statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel it within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel you must give us written notice either by fax, post or email using the contact details provided below. You must also return the goods to us at your own expense and they must be unused and still in their original condition (unopened and undamaged).

- All refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If your purchase was made using a credit/ debit card the same card must be used for the refund.
- This is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, as new, in a sealed and saleable condition and returned in the original product pack.
- You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.
Made to Order Products
- You do not have the right to cancel any order which is for goods that have been made for you (such as Genius and Reflex stairs) once production has begun. These products are excluded from the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as these goods are made to order/ measure items that will have been produced specially at your request.
- Deposits taken for orders of products that are made for you are not refundable except at the discretion of the company and only if written consent is given by a director of the company.
